2025 CREATES Classic Golfer Registration

Participants may register as individual golfers or as a complete foursome. Groups with fewer than four players will be paired with others to complete a team. If you are not interested in golfing but would like to attend the post-tournament dinner and reception, you can sign up for dinner/reception only for $50 per person. We encourage all participants to join us for an evening of food, fun, and celebration after a great day on the course!
