Arcadis North America, ENR New York’s Design Firm of the Year, is in a joint venture consisting of the Arcadis DPS Advanced Technology Group and Gilbane Building Co. to serve as the design builder and contractor for an expansion project at the Albany NanoTech Complex, which is owned and operated by non-profit NY CREATES.
