Vet S.T.E.P. (Semiconductor Training & Experience Program)

VET S.T.E.P. is a DoD SkillBridge and an Army Career Skills Program, funded by the
National Science Foundation (NSF), hosted by NY CREATES and designed to prepare
soon-to-be veterans for technician careers in the semiconductor ecosystem (fabs,
equipment and/or material suppliers).

This 10-week program consists of a two-week, hands-on training, followed by an
8-week internship with one of our company partners.

2 Week Training + 8 Week Internship = 10 Weeks CSP/SkillBridge

2024 January, April, and September Cohorts:

January 8 – 19 Training
January 22 – March 15 Internship*

April 8 – 19 Training
April 22 – June 14 Internship*

September 9 – 20 Training
September 23 – November 15 Internship*

*Note: Internship can be moved around training dates to accommodate your separation date.
